Information on the processing of personal data carried out through the site

Reevo S.p.A. (hereinafter also the ‘Company’) is committed to respecting the privacy of the user of the Site under the terms provided by the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data and in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter the ‘Regulation’).

This document (‘Privacy Policy’) provides information on the processing of personal data collected through this website (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Site’) and therefore constitutes information to data subjects pursuant to the aforementioned regulations. A specific information notice is normally published in the sections of the Site where the user's personal data are collected. This information is provided only for this Site (https://www.reevo.it) and not for any other websites that may be consulted by the user through links.

What data we process

The following data may be processed:

Browsing data

The processing of personal data of users who only visit the Site (i.e. without sending communications or using reserved areas) is limited to navigation data, i.e. data that the device used by the user transmits to the server hosting the site. This transmission is necessary for the operation of the computer systems in charge of managing the Site and the Internet communication protocols. This category includes, for example, the IP addresses or the domain of the terminal used by the user to visit the site, the URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the characteristics of the device and software used.

This data, which is necessary for the use of web services, is also collected through the site's management service providers and processed for the purpose of obtaining statistical information on the use of services (most visited pages, number of visitors per time slot or per day, geographical areas of origin, etc.), as well as to check the proper functioning of the services offered and detect any technical problems. The data are stored for six months and then processed in aggregate form

Data provided voluntarily by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, which is necessary to reply to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the communication.

The user can voluntarily send information via contact forms on the site, to request information, technical assistance, activation of service demos or to visit our datacentres.

The data provided will be entered into our contact management system and used to respond to the user's request for information will be used to provide feedback and fulfil the user's requests, based on the processing needs arising from the contract or pre-contractual requirements. Some information may also be used for statistical processing, as part of the process of improving the services offered.

If the user gives consent, the data may also be processed on the basis of the same to convey commercial information relating to the services offered and events organised or promoted by Reevo.

The data will be processed by the personnel of the Data Controller in the performance of the activities necessary for the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes, as well as by suppliers who act on behalf of the Data Controller and process the data strictly necessary for the performance of their functions as Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 of the Regulation.

If necessary to fulfil the user's requests, some information may be disclosed to partners or service providers involved in the request.

The data collected reside and are processed within the European Union. Some of the software used is provided by service providers based in the United States. These providers operate under Standard Contractual Clauses and adhere to the Data Privacy Framework for transfers between Europe and the United States.

Cookies and other tracking tools

Technical cookies 

The Site uses ‘technical’ cookies, such as navigation or session cookies, i.e. tools aimed at making the site functional and optimising navigation and use. These cookies are set by the site's management system and cannot be deactivated.

Some are session cookies (i.e. they are only stored during the browsing session), others are stored for 6 months to store certain user preferences, such as those on the management of cookies themselves.

The legal basis of such processing for purposes of technical management and statistical analysis is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in analysing the use of the site itself.

Rights of data subjects

In particular, they have the right to request from the Controller access to the data concerning them, their rectification or erasure, the integration of incomplete data, the restriction of processing; to receive the data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format to revoke any consent given in relation to the processing and to object in whole or in part to the use of the data on the basis of their particular situation; as well as to exercise the other rights recognised by the applicable legislation These rights may be exercised by writing to the Data Controller by post, or by e-mail to the following address privacy@reevo.it.

Pursuant to Article 77 of the Regulation, users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if they consider that the processing violates the aforementioned Regulation.

Amendments to this notice

Reevo S.p.A., as Data Controller, reserves the right to update this privacy policy following any changes in the processing carried out through the web site or changes to the policies adopted, by publicising the same to Users on this page. Therefore, please consult this page often, taking as reference the date of last modification indicated at the bottom.
